Fixed!

After many hours spent cursing the technical support abilities of Dell, stressing over the number of 'o's a computer screen could actually handle, and pondering over the finer details of a netbook's keyboard, it looks as though it's now been fixed.



If you've got a problem and noone else can help, maybe you could pull out many of the keys and wiggle them around until they go back in again!!!
